Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives authentic, pristine watches and a return process that is as seamless and trustworthy as our brand.


Return Eligibility – What You Need to Know

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  1. Condition: The watches must be unworn, undamaged, and in flawless condition, free from any creases, scuffs, or signs of use.
  2. Packaging: The watches must be returned in their original packaging, including the original box, dust bags, tags, laces, and any accessories included at purchase.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  4. Return Authorization: All returns must be pre-approved via our support team. Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer or any address not provided by us, as these returns cannot be processed.
